Answers

Do I need to enter my PHONE NUMBER?   NO. Although this information is optional, it is recommended. This information can be useful if Family Radio would need to contact you.
Do I need to enter my E-MAIL ADDRESS?   NO. Although this information is optional, it is recommended. The receipt for your donation is sent to you via e-mail. Also, it can be useful if Family Radio would need to contact you.
Is my contribution TAX DEDUCTIBLE?

  YES. After you submit your donation you will receive a receipt via e-mail providing that you submitted your e-mail address on the donation form.
Why was my contribution DECLINED?   Family Radio does not decline any donation. The law requires that all online transactions must first pass through a Federal Reserve system that either approves or declines each transaction. The institution that provided you the card will be able to inform you why it was declined. You can speak with one of our technicians by calling 1-800-543-1495 x 377 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm (Pacific time) Monday through Friday.
What date do I enter in the date box on the Recurring Donation Form?
  Enter the date of the month that you would like your recurring donation to fall on. EXAMPLE: If I setup my recurring donation on January 10th, 2003 and I want it to recur on the same day of each following month, I will enter 20030110 in the text box. Or, if you would like your recurring donation to start on a different day of the month, enter any future date you wish.
