Instructions for Downloading PDF files

1. Step One: Click on the titles posted in the left frame
2. Step Two: Click on "Download pdf file" in the right frame above the table of contents
3. Step Three: Click on "Save a copy" at the top of the page
4. Step Four: Click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the pop-up dialog box
